Easia Signature – Good morning Hanoi on Vespa with Tai Chi class and Pho tasting

Early in the morning, you will set off to discover Hanoi at dawn on a classic Vespa scooter. The Hanoians often get up early to do various exercise activities in one of the many gardens of the capital (tai chi, gymnastics, aerobics, etc.). You will make a stop at Ba Dinh square, in front of Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to observe the flag raising ritual and then be introduced to a Tai Chi lesson by Hoan Kiem Lake or in a park. This traditional art from China resembles dance as much as martial arts, where the slow movements are derived from Kung Fu. Your teacher will teach you to warm up and show you some basic moves before performing a more complete demonstration in solo or with some of his students. At the end of your trip, you will finally get to enjoy a bowl of pho – the staple of Vietnamese breakfast.

Notes: Departure at 05:00
Flag raising and guard raising at 06:00 in summer and 06:30 in winter
