Day 1: Hanoi – Pu Luong

Depart from Hanoi for the Pu Luong Nature Reserve, populated by white Thai and Muong minority peoples. An initial walk through the nature reserve gives you a chance to see plenty of rich flora and fauna, with more than 1000 known plant species and countless types of birds. In the afternoon, you’re free to enjoy the lodge or stroll along the paths around the lodge to scope out the rice fields and those who work them.

Option:

In the afternoon, a trip to the Chien Lau Bridge will mark the beginning of a 7-kilometer walk to discover the water mills along the Cham River. Then, continue your walk to the Tan Lap Bridge, where you’ll will find your vehicle and return to the lodge.

Distance and duration of the walk: 7 kilometers – 3 hours

Transportation: Hanoi -Pu Luong – 180 kilometers – 4 hr 30 min – 5 hours

 

Day 2: Pu Luong

Throughout the tour, walking along the paths between villages and rice fields is an excellent way to discover the reserve’s stunning beauty.

Options: 13-19 kilometer or 6 kilometer Walk

Descending into a valley facing the lodge, you will then cross paths surrounded by rice terraces near the village of Kho Muong. Then, continuing along more paths through fields of corn, other terraced fields, and small villages, there will be time for a picnic. A moment’s rest allows you to take in the river’s freshness before heading back to the lodge. The rest of the afternoon will be free.

Your walk can be reduced to 6 kilometers, upon request, and this will consist of 3 hours of walking before returning to the lodge for lunch and enjoying free time for the rest of the day.

Enjoy your last morning at the edge of the beautiful valley, and then depart with your driver for Hanoi.

Jour 2 : Pu Luong

Pendant votre séjour vous découvrirez la beauté de la réserve en marchant sur les chemins entre les villages et rizières.

Option de visite : une randonnée de 13 -19 ou 6 kilomètres
Début de la randonnée par une descente vers la vallée face au lodge puis marche sur les chemins entourés de rizières en terrasses via le village de Kho Muong. Puis continuation sur des sentiers traversant des champs de maïs, des terrasses et de petits villages.
Après votre pique-nique profitez d’un moment de repos et de la fraîcheur de la rivière puis trajet retour pour le lodge. Fin d’après midi libre.
Le parcours peut être réduit à 6 kilomètres de randonnée- 3 heures de marche avec retour au lodge pour le déjeuner et temps libre.

Dopo il picnic, riposatevi un attimo e godetevi la freschezza del fiume prima di tornare alla baita. La fine del pomeriggio sarà libera.
L’escursione può essere ridotta a 6 chilometri, su richiesta; questo consisterà in 3 ore di cammino prima del ritorno al rifugio per il pranzo e il godimento di un po’ di tempo libero per il resto della giornata.

Anschließend setzen Sie Ihren Spaziergang fort und begeben sich zur Tan-Lap-Brücke. Dort finden Sie auch das Fahrzeug, das Sie zurück zu Ihrer Hütte bringen wird.

Tag 2: Pu Luong

Während Ihres Aufenthaltes werden Sie die Schönheit des Reservats mit einer Wanderung auf den Pfaden zwischen Dörfern und Reisfeldern erleben.

Optionen: 13 -19 oder 6 Kilometer lange Wanderung

Beginnen Sie die Wanderung mit einem Abstieg in ein Tal, auf das Sie einen Blick von der Hütte aus haben. Sie laufen dann auf Pfaden, umgeben von Reisterrassen in der Nähe des Dorfes Kho Muong. Anschließend geht es auf anderen Pfaden weiter, die durch Getreidefelder, weitere Terrassenfelder und kleine Orte führen.
