There are two forms of Hue cuisine: Hue traditional cuisine and Hue royal cuisine. Aside from the general characteristics of the Vietnamese cuisine, Hue cuisine has its unique methods and preparations. In order to discover more about the culinary traditions of Hue, the tour begins at Dong Ba, the biggest market in Hue, before reaching the Ancient Hue restaurant. Here the instructor presents a cooking demonstration of the dishes, then each participant receives a set of recipes for the cooking course. After finishing the cooking, it is time to taste the culinary creations and enjoy an amazing carving show by a highly skilled fruit & vegetable carver.
