THAILAND – Anantara Chiang Mai Resort – Riverside Project Overview (Construction)

We want to inform you about an upcoming enhancement project at Anantara Chiang Mai Resort, which may impact the guest experience during their stay. Please find the details below:

Riverside Project Overview: The Riverside Project is scheduled from 1st August to 15th September 2023, lasting 45 days. Construction will occur daily from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM during this period. The project will be carried out in two zones:

• Zone 1 (Cabanas on Pool Side)
• Zone 2 (Stage Extension & Bodhi Deck)

Complimentary Services during Construction:

To ensure our guests’ comfort and enjoyment during construction, we will set up a rotation of herb tea or juice stations daily. Additionally, the Anantara pool pass-around will be available for guests, with items circulating daily at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Anantara Chiang Mai Serviced Suites’ (the rooftop) Pool Access:

During construction, the SS Pool will be accessible to resort guests. We will ensure keycard distribution for easy access. As usual, a pool attendant will be at the SS Pool, and soft drinks or bottled beverages will be available for sale.
