Koh Samui
Six Senses Samui will introduce a new culinary outlet in the fourth quarter of 2026. As part of this development, the Swimming on the Hill pool and Dining on the Hill restaurant will be temporarily unavailable from 7 October to 30 November 2026. Guest accommodation will be arranged away from the affected area to minimize any impact on the guest experience.

- Napasai Samui – Temporary Resort Closure
Napasai Samui will temporarily close effective 30 April 2026 as part of a comprehensive rebranding and redevelopment program. The property is expected to remain closed for approximately 2–3 years while undergoing an extensive transformation, with the future brand identity currently under consideration. Partners are advised to suspend availability and update systems accordingly until further notice.

- Samui Natien Beach Resort – Nearby Development Project

- Fair House Beach Resort – Renovation Announcement
The Superior Building (33 rooms) will be temporarily closed for renovation and upgrade to a new room category (Deluxe Plus Room) from 1 September to 22 December 2026 (09:00 – 18:00 hrs.). The gym has been temporarily relocated to the rooftop area above the upper swimming pool restroom, in a separate zone away from the main building

- Chaweng Noi Pool Villa – Temporary Closure for Renovation
Chaweng Noi Pool Villa will be temporarily closed for renovation from 1 September 2026 to 10 December 2026. The renovation will include upgrades to guest rooms, the lobby, and the poolside restaurant to enhance the overall guest experience.

- Impiana Resort Chaweng Noi: Temporary Closure for Major Renovation
The resort will undergo a major renovation and will be temporarily closed from 1 September 2026 onwards. The renovation is expected to be completed in the second half of 2027. Reservations will be accepted until 31 August 2026 only.

- VAYNA Boutique Koh Chang – Temporary Closure for Renovation
VAYNA Boutique Koh Chang will be temporarily closed from 1 to 30 September 2026 for renovation and maintenance works covering the swimming pool, beachfront area, and selected areas of the hotel building.

Phuket
A phased enhancement programme will take place from 16 August to early November 2026. Works include façade repainting and corridor resurfacing in one south-side building, upgrades to the south reception, temporary closure of La Sala restaurant, and resurfacing of the tennis courts with the addition of a padel court. Alternative reception and dining arrangements will be available, while all other facilities remain operational.

- Dewa Phuket Resort & Villas – Terrace Grill Restaurant Renovation
Terrace Grill Restaurant will undergo renovation works from 20 May 2026 until the end of September 2026, daily between 09:00 – 17:00 hrs. During this period, breakfast service will be relocated to Green & Bean Restaurant, while the pool bar and swimming pool will remain fully operational.
Some daytime noise may occur during the renovation period.

The Vijitt Resort Phuket will carry out upgrade works during the green season from May to October 2026. The project will include villa upgrades in designated areas (redesign, roof replacement, and refurbishment), as well as enhancements to key facilities such as The Rotunda (kids’ pool and playground), Bakery Room (expansion), Baan Vijitt Restaurant (terrace upgrade and annual closure), The Plaza, and The V Spa.
The detailed schedule has not yet been finalized, and further updates will be shared once confirmed.

Chanalai Flora Resort: Planned Upgrade

The Surin Phuket: Beach Restaurant Closure
The Beach Restaurant at The Surin Phuket will be temporarily closed from 20 August to 17 September 2026 for maintenance work. During this period, Thai cuisine will be served at Lomtalay Restaurant during dinner hours, while other dining outlets and facilities will remain fully operational. No significant noise is expected.

Khaolak
- Khaolak Laguna Resort: Scheduled Renovation & Revised Operating Hours
From 1 August 2026, the Sundowner Restaurant (beachside), Main Upper Swimming Pool, and Sala Massage will reopen. Works will continue on the replacement of the wooden deck around the lower swimming pool for approximately 20 additional days. During this period, guests will continue to have access to the main upper swimming pool.
Revised operating hours for the Sundowner Restaurant, Oriental Restaurant, Wine Bar, Club Lounge, and Room Service remain in effect from 15 May to 15 September 2026.

Krabi
- Rayavadee – Updated Refurbishment Projects 2026
Rayavadee has revised the schedule for its 2026 refurbishment projects. Construction of the new swimming pool at the Nam Mao Lawn Area will continue from 20 April to 30 August 2026, with the pool scheduled to open on 31 August 2026. Improvements to the main swimming pool and Railay Zone will take place from 31 August to 20 October 2026, while the tennis court refurbishment remains scheduled from 1 September to 31 October 2026.
All dining venues will remain fully operational throughout the refurbishment period.

- Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort – Neighboring Hotel Renovation & Room Enhancement Works
A neighboring hotel renovation will take place from May to October 2026, which may cause occasional daytime noise in some areas of Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort, particularly Building 1 and Building 2, including the following room categories: Leisure Pool View, Deluxe Partial Sea View, and Deluxe Pool Access.
In response, Holiday Ao Nang Beach Resort will also carry out room enhancement works in selected sections of the property from May to July 2026. The hotel will remain fully operational throughout this period, with all public areas and facilities continuing normal operations. Works will be carefully managed to minimize guest impact, and no major disturbance is expected.

During this period, the resort will take measures to minimize disruption, and key facilities will remain operational.

Rawi Warin Resort & Spa will undergo a scheduled renovation from 11 September 2026 to 24 September 2026. The works will include guestrooms, public areas, and meeting facilities as part of ongoing enhancements to the property. Some minor disturbances may occur during this period.

The project will be carried out in phases to minimize guest impact and is expected to be completed before December 2026.

- Furama Silom – Swimming Pool and DE SKY Pool Bar Closure
The swimming pool and DE SKY Pool Bar at Furama Silom will be temporarily closed for urgent maintenance from 20 July to 8 September 2026. During this period, guests may use the fitness centre and sauna on the fifth floor or take the complimentary scheduled shuttle to FuramaXclusive Sathorn for swimming pool access.

- Banyan Tree Bangkok – Restaurant & Main Lobby Renovation
Renovation works are ongoing at selected restaurants and the main lobby area until November 2026. Vertigo Rooftop Restaurant & Moon Bar and Saffron Restaurant will be temporarily closed from 16 June to 30 November 2026, while Romsai Restaurant will be closed until 15 August 2026. Selected sections of the main lobby will also undergo enhancement works during this period.

- Arte Hotel Bangkok – Nearby Construction Update
Construction adjacent to Arte Hotel Bangkok has been extended and is now expected to continue until 31 October 2026. Current works are mainly focused on interior activities, with minimal noise reported.
Some room categories, including Deluxe King Bed and Premier Family Rooms, may be affected due to their proximity to the construction site. The hotel will assign rooms on the opposite side of the building where possible to minimize guest impact. No compensation policy has been announced.

Hua Hin
The Standard, Hua Hin will host the KOLOUR Hua Hin music and lifestyle event on 8 August 2026. During the event, access to selected hotel facilities will be restricted, including the swimming pool, spa cabanas, gym, sauna, beachfront lawn, and parts of the beach area.
Guests who prefer not to stay during the event may request a complimentary date change or cancellation without charge, subject to the hotel’s conditions. Complimentary access to the pool and beach facilities at a nearby partner property will also be available on 8 August 2026.

The renovation covers multiple areas, including the Fitness Centre, Colonial Wing A & B guest rooms, Colonial Hall Meeting Rooms (new convention hall), Colonial Pool & hardscape areas, Railway Restaurant, Elephant Bar, Club Lounge, and Lobby Area & Resort Library. Works will be carried out progressively to minimize guest disruption, with temporary facilities arranged where necessary.

- Phra Singh Village: Nearby construction
Construction is underway near Phra Singh Village. The exact completion date is currently unknown but is expected to be within 2026. Guests staying in Building A may experience some noise and possible visual disturbance. The hotel will arrange accommodation in Building B to minimize any impact.
Tamarind Village Chiang Mai has revised its refurbishment schedule for 2026. Room refurbishment will now take place in two phases: 1 June to 30 June 2026 and 1 September to 30 September 2026. There will be no refurbishment works in May 2026.
During the refurbishment periods, all facilities and room categories will remain open. Noise disturbance is expected during limited periods:
- 1 – 5 June 2026 (7 Lanna Rooms)
- 1 – 3 September 2026 (2 Lanna Rooms & 2 Lanna Deluxe)
Work will be conducted daily between 10:00 – 17:00 hrs., and disruption will be minimized as much as possible.
