VIETNAM – Construction Projects Near Azerai Hotel, Hue

We want to inform our valued guests and partners about a new construction project near the Azerai Hotel in Hue. Here’s what you need to know:

Current Status of the Construction

The project, located opposite the hotel and along the view towards the Perfume River, is currently in its first phase. Only foundation work is being carried out at this stage, including piling. While no above-ground structures are visible yet, you may notice construction equipment in the vicinity, such as cranes and raw materials.

Impact on Scenic Views

Due to its location, the project affects the view of the Perfume River, particularly for rooms categorized as River View and Garden View in Block B of the hotel. These include:

• Superior Garden View / River View Rooms
• Deluxe Garden View / River View Rooms

These rooms, situated to the right of the reception area, face the construction site directly. As the project progresses, the view from these rooms may be partially or fully obstructed, impacting the scenic charm of the river and garden areas.

What’s Next?

Our team closely monitors the progress of the construction and will provide updates as new developments arise. Guests planning their stay at Azerai Hue may wish to explore room categories in other hotel sections to ensure an uninterrupted experience of Hue’s natural beauty.
