Description

When the sun is going down, the adventure starts in a bamboo basket boat, floating for about 25 minutes on Coco River to enjoy a beautiful sunset on the river before reaching the restaurant located in Hoi An’s peaceful countryside. After a nice welcome at the restaurant, it is time to sit comfortably on a bamboo raft placed on the surface of the river bank. When the sun is getting ready to set, you will be picked up to begin your adventure in a bamboo basket boat. Floating for about 25 minutes on Coco River to enjoy the beautiful sunset on the river before reaching The Field restaurant located in Hoi An’s peaceful countryside.
After a being welcomed at the restaurant, you will be invited to sit comfortably on a bamboo raft placed at the edge of the river bank. Fresh produce and the daily catch from the river will be cooked and served in this romantic setting. Enjoy your quiet private time with delicious dessert before heading back to your hotel.

Note: In case of bad weather, you will be transferred directly to the restaurant and the dinner will be served under the bamboo gazebo on the lake located in The Field restaurant’s garden.

Dîner sur un ponton flottant en bambou

En fin d’après-midi au coucher du soleil vous rejoindrez en « thung chai », bateaux en forme de coque de noix, fabriqués en bambou, la rivière Co Co pour profiter du coucher du soleil. Puis vous rejoindrez le restaurant the Field, situé dans la campagne de Hoi An.
Après un accueil chaleureux au restaurant, vous vous installerez sur un ponton de bambou installé en bord de rivière. Dans une atmosphère romantique vous pourrez déguster un repas préparé devant vous,  à base de poissons et fruits de mer accompagnés de légumes frais provenant de la ferme organique locale. Profitez de ce moment privé au moment du dessert avant le trajet retour vers votre hôtel.

Notes : En cas de mauvaises conditions climatiques, le dîner aura lieu au restaurant The Field, sous le gazebo en bambou, avec transfert direct en voiture depuis l’hôtel.

Flotará durante aproximadamente 25 minutos por el río Coco para disfrutar de un precioso atardecer en el río antes de llegar al restaurante The Field, ubicado en la tranquila región rural de Hoi An.
Después de que le reciban en el restaurante, le invitarán a que se siente cómodamente en una balsa de bambú ubicada en el margen del río. Le cocinarán productos frescos y pescado del día procedente del río y se lo servirán en un entorno de lo más romántico. Disfrute de su momento de privacidad con un delicioso postre antes de dirigirse de vuelta a su hotel.

Nota: en caso de que haya mal tiempo, se le trasladará directamente al restaurante y le servirán la cena en un cenador de bambú, en el lago ubicado en el jardín del restaurante The Field.
