During this fun activity guests learn about the process of rum production, from the arrival of the pure sugar cane to the final product, a sealed bottle of rum. During the visit, explanations about the process as well as samples for tasting will be provided by a master distiller. The factory has been established in a beautiful setup in a colorful building near the sea.

During the visit, you will have a chance to discover a French alembic, traditional rum production and a rum aging method. End this unique visit with a rum tasting to find your favorite, and enjoy your time in the garden.

Après la visite, vous en apprendrez plus sur les différents arômes que l’on peut ajouter au rhum dans une pièce spéciale de la distillerie. Vous commencerez ensuite à confectionner votre propre rhum en ajoutant, selon vos envies, des arômes tels que du chocolat, de la vanille ou du poivre. A la fin de l’atelier, vous pourrez rapporter votre rhum avec vous dans une bouteille scellée.

Vous débuterez ensuite votre « atelier cocktail », vous en apprendrez plus sur l’histoire des cocktails et réaliserez vos propres Mojitos, Negronis ou Sunpans. Vous serez guidés lors de l’atelier, notamment sur la façon d’utiliser les divers outils à disposition (shacker, strain, etc.). Vous profiterez à la fin de l’atelier de vos cocktails dans le jardin.
