The Pak Ou cruise heads upstream to the mysterious and sacred Pak Ou Caves, nestled in a riverside cliff and home to thousands of Buddha statues left there by devotees of the Buddhist faith. There are also sunset cruise options, with and without dinner, both an excellent way to end a day of exploration in Luang Prabang and spend some time unwinding on-board as the sun sheds its final rays over the mountains.
