Description

River Sun, launched in 2022, offers cruises to Pak Ou Caves and sunset cruises.
The boats are new and nicely decorated, with beautiful furniture. It’s an excellent option to enjoy a lunch cruise to the caves or a sunset cruise in the evening on the Mighty Mekong River in a luxurious and relaxing way.
River Sun has several vessels of different sizes, that can accommodate small groups or bigger ones.

The boats depart from the Xieng Thong Pier and go down the Xieng Thong Palace stairs. Life jackets and safety equipment are present on board.

1 drink is included for each guest (private or join-in cruise).

Cons

• Pak Ou cruise only max capacity 6pax in small boat
• Sunset Dinner cruise starts early, dinner served around 6pm (may not fit for all markets)

Important notes

• The guide must check the menu for potential allergies of the guests.
• Transfer to the pier is not included.
•  Cancellation policy:
  – Any change a date received within 5 days prior to arrival date will be uncharged
  – Failure to arrive on the booking date it will incur a charge 100%
• All the bookings need to provide a 50% deposit.
•  Child Policy:
  – Child under 5 years of age can join in the boat without charge
  – Child 5 – 10 years old can join in the boat with 50% charge
