• Perfect hotel for travelers looking for a resort in Bangkok, especially families.
• River view, rooms, amenities, services are good
• Good choice for events, weddings, incentive.
• Just in front AVANI Riverside, easy to propose a rooftop bar experience within walking distance.
• Great location, located near attractive place such as Wat Pho, Grand Palace, Icon Siam etc.
• Complimentary scheduled shuttle boat from/to hotel, ICONSIAM, and BTS Sky train Saphan Taksin station – daily.
• Do have balcony for all room types.
• Free parking with EV charging stations.

Cons

• River-facing rooms might be noisy
• Restaurants and spa treatments are pricey
• Not in the city center (a pro for some guests )
• Not a “luxury hotel”, too “touristy” with entertainment at night, buffet restaurant very impersonal, dinner cruises
• Not “cosy”
• Often high occupancy so difficulty to have a contract and direct contract for the TA/TO.
• Limited number of unit of Two Bedroom River View Chao Phraya Suite (Only 2 units).
• Family Suite room type can’t place rollaway bed.

Notes

• No smoking room but smoking is only allowed at the balcony of the room.
• No pet allowed.
• No free shuttle services from/to hotel and airport (but do provide hotel limousine services).
• Take approximately 50 minutes from Suvarnnabhumi International Airport and 30 minutes from Don Mueang International Airport.
