Cons

• In the city center so it can be noisy, but the windows are relatively well soundproofed – one side noisier than the other so specify if the person is sensitive to noise
• No restaurant but there is everything nearby
• No swimming pool
• The bathrooms are a bit minimal compared to the bedroom…
• The manager is nice, but could be too friendly and intrusive

• As it is a guesthouse, there is less service than in an hotel (must be specify to clients)
• The manager like to be in contact and discuss with his clients
• There is one family room, but really recommended for family. It is more for couples, friends.
