Every villa furnished with the ultra-comfortable and high quality king-size and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

• Private pool room – 2 rooms- Each room is overlooking the sea and has its own private small pool. They are equipped with King size beds and open bathroom.
• Deluxe room – 8 rooms Each Room provides view to the Swimming Pool and the Sea. Having easy access to the pool. They are equipped with King size beds and open bathroom.
• Double room – 10 rooms (including 3 twins) –  Each rooms sets a  benchmark with their modern styling and open bathroom. Scattered among the coconuts, they are positioned for privacy.

The restaurant is overlooking the pool, beach and jungle offering a blend of Italian and Khmer cuisine.

Possible to book for private set up on the pier, or dinners poolside.

Opens from 7 am for breakfast until late evening.

Pros

• The location on Pagoda bay which is perfect to enjoy bath into the shallow pristine clear water
• The private beach is clean, fine sand and transparent turquoise water with a low water level. .
• Some excursions and activities are possible to book on site
• Large swimming pool that overlooks the sea
• Spacious, modern rooms with high quality bedding
• Private speed boat shared between all the hotels of Pagoda beach from gate 1. departure from Sihanoukville, gate 1, only 30 minutes

Cons

• The beach is subject to sun-flies but they do treatment to avoid it
• The variety and quality of the breakfast is quite poor
• Closed to a fishing village. Can hear some long tail boats when staying outside on the evening
• With waves and wind it can bring  garbage on the beach but the private beach is clean at least two times a day
• New hotels are under construction on Pagoda beach so it can be noisy during the day. To be reconfirm and inspected regularly.
• The price is a little expensive compared to the expectations of a 4* hotel.

Notes

• Double rooms have no view on the sea
• There are 5 ranges of villas
• They can organised boat tour, diving, snorkeling, fishing, trekking and plankton experience.
• Paddle and snorkeling free equipment
• Recommended for FIT couples
• Located on the same beach than Tamu, Anaya could be an option when clients are sensitive to noise. Compared to Tamu which are tents, Anaya offers well soundproofed villas, so during the night from inside no noise from the fishermen’s  long tail boats
• Managed by a French couple
• An hotel with potential, but not yet 100% operational
