Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi

When you arrive at the airport, your driver will wait for you and take you to the famous Hoan Kiem district. After check-in, you will be free to wander around in the old quarter. At 17:00 you will meet your self-guided assistant in the hotel lobby, who will provide you with everything required and answer your questions (if any).

We strongly recommend following the street food tour loaded into your application in the evening. You will have the chance to walk through the city and try some of the signature dishes of Hanoi & Vietnam, such as Banh Cuon (filled steamed rice sheet), Bun Bo Nam Bo (stir-fried beef noodles), Banh Mi (Vietnamese Sandwich) and Bia Oi (beer station). Recommendations on quantities (so you can try several dishes) are also mentioned!

-From Friday 19:00 to Sunday 20:00, many streets in the old quarter are pedestrian areas only, so you might have to walk the last few hundred meters with your luggage to reach your hotel.

Day 2: Hanoi

We recommend you start your walking tour at 09:00. You will follow the pre-loaded itinerary and wander through the old Quarter, nicknamed “36 Streets”. You will walk through the markets, hidden pagodas, small alleys, and iconic colonial buildings such as the St Joseph Cathedral and the Hanoi Opera House. The itinerary includes a walk next to the famous Hoan Kiem Lake and a suggested coffee stop for a well-deserved break.

You can stop at one of the restaurants mentioned in the App for lunch. If you want to experience different dishes, you can travel by taxi to the start of the itinerary “Bun Cha, Caramen & Coffee,” where you will find three different places next to each other. A local restaurant sells a unique Bun Cha (grilled pork with noodles). In this small business, you will eat creme caramel on stools and a peaceful art coffee promoting different Vietnamese artists. These three places are located within a 200-meter radius and are extremely easy to combine.

In the afternoon, depending on your interests, you can visit some of the places suggested on the application, such as the must-see Temple of Literature, the beautiful Tran Quoc pagoda near West Lake, or the lesser-known Women’s Museum. You can visit two of the three places in the afternoon, and the Temple of Literature should be one of the three.

Day 3: Hanoi – Ninh Binh

At 08:30, you will slowly leave Hanoi’s city center and head to the big village of Tam Coc, known as the “Halong Bay on land.” Upon arriving in Tam Coc in the late morning, drop off your luggage at the hotel while your driver will be waiting for you.
Then your driver will lead you to the bicycle shop to take your mountain bike. Start your cycling ride in Ninh Binh and discover the famous “Halong Bay on land”.

A cycling tour itinerary is already loaded into the App. You will travel along many small paths, visit the famous sights of the region (such as the Bich Dong Pagoda) and have the opportunity to see the most beautiful landscapes with karstic mountains and rice fields. Some recommendations for the best rowing boat tours are also included, as well as potential extra visits.

If you would like to extend the cycling tour to other points of interest (such as Thai Vi temple or the famous Hang Mua viewpoint), you can do so directly on the App.

After your cycling adventure, end the tour at the bicycle shop, your driver will be waiting for you to drive you back to your hotel.

Day 4: Ninh Binh – Halong

In the morning, you will travel to Halong and arrive around noon. There, you will embark on a cruise in the must-see Halong Bay. This world-famous bay is one of the most beautiful landscapes in Vietnam, with its giant rock islets covered in luxuriant vegetation overlooking the waters. Halong Bay includes some 1,900 islands and islets of rocky peaks, often uninhabited and unvisited. This scene creates a spectacular marine landscape, which earned it UNESCO World Heritage status in 1994. You will be served lunch and dinner aboard with fresh seafood from the bay. You can enjoy a night fishing session on the boat.

Day 5: Halong – Hanoi

Early in the morning and depending on the season, you will wake up to enjoy the sunrise over the aquamarine waters of the bay. Then the cruise will tour the bay until you disembark at the end of the morning. After that, you will then return to Hanoi.

Jour 1: Arrivée à Hanoi

A votre arrivée à l’aéroport, votre chauffeur vous attendra et vous emmènera jusqu’au fameux district de Hoan Kiem. Après avoir déposé vos affaires à l’hôtel, vous serez libre de vous balader dans le vieux quartier ou visiter certains des monuments iconiques d’Hanoi déjà enregistrés dans l’application.

Dans la soirée nous vous recommandons de suivre le tour culinaire intégré dans votre téléphone afin de pouvoir découvrir facilement la gastronomie du Vietnam. Vous aurez la chance de vous balader dans la ville en goûtant certains plats iconiques d’Hanoi (ou du Vietnam) parmi lesquels les banh cuon (des feuilles de riz roulées et cuites à la vapeur), le Bun Bo Nam Bo (souvent connu à l’étranger sous le nom de Bo Bun) et le banh mi (le célèbre sandwich vietnamien qui figure même dans le Dictionnaire d’Oxford). Après avoir goûté ces plats vous pourrez terminer la soirée dans le quartier des Bia Hoi (des petits bars de rue). Tous les endroits mentionnés sont des restaurants très connus, propres et locaux !

Jour 2: Hanoi

Nous vous recommandons de démarrer la journée à 9 h par une balade dans la vieille ville. Vous suivrez un itinéraire déjà chargé dans l’application pour découvrir le vieux quartier, souvent appelé le quartiers 36 rues. Vous passerez par différents marchés, des pagodes cachées, de petites allées mais aussi des bâtiments coloniaux iconiques comme la cathédrale St Joseph ou l’opéra d’Hanoi. L’itinéraire longera aussi le fameux lac de l’épée et vous indiquera plusieurs cafés de qualité si vous souhaitez faire une pause. Une bonne entrée en matière afin d’en apprendre plus sur le Vietnam.

Pour le déjeuner vous pouvez vous diriger vers plusieurs restaurants mentionnés sur l’application. Si vous souhaitez goûter d’autres plats d’Hanoi, vous pouvez prendre un taxi pour débuter l’itinéraire « Bun Cha, Caramen & Coffee». Vous aurez alors l’opportunité de découvrir 3 adresses totalement différentes situées dans un tout petit périmètre : un restaurant local de Bun Cha (porc grillé avec des nouilles de riz) où l’on mange sur des petites tables & tabourets, un petit magasin où l’on mange sa crème caramel sur des tabourets et un « mi-café mi-galerie d’art » qui met en avant des artistes locaux dans une superbe villa de style colonial. Ces endroits sont parfois bondés car prisés des habitants d’Hanoi.  

Dans l’après-midi vous pourrez visiter différents monuments recommandés sur l’application. En fonction de vos centres d’intérêt vous visiterez probablement l’incontournable temple de la littérature, la très belle pagode de Tran Quoc le long du lac de l’Ouest ou le moins connu musée des femmes du Vietnam. Il est à chaque fois facile de se déplacer en taxi ou à pied.

Jour 3: Hanoi – Ninh Binh

A 08 h 30, vous quitterez lentement le centre ville de Hanoi pour vous diriger vers Tam Coc, connu comme la “baie d’Halong terrestre”. A votre arrivée à Tam Coc en fin de matinée, vous déposerez vos bagages à l’hôtel tandis que votre chauffeur vous attendra. Il vous conduira ensuite vers le magasin de vélo où vous enfourcherez votre vélo tout terrain pour commencer votre balade à Ninh Binh et découvrir la célèbre “baie d’Halong terrestre”.
Un itinéraire de randonnée à vélo est déjà chargé dans l’application. Vous emprunterez de nombreux petits chemins, visiterez les sites célèbres de la région (comme la pagode Bich Dong) et aurez l’occasion de voir les plus beaux paysages avec des montagnes karstiques et des rizières. Des recommandations pour votre balade en barque (activité incontournable à Tam Coc) sont déjà intégrées dans l’application.
Si vous souhaitez prolonger votre exploration, d’autres endroits intéressants (comme le temple de Thai Vi ou le point de vue de Hang Mua) sont directement dans l’application.

Jour 4: Ninh Binh – Halong

Vous partirez le matin par la route en direction de Halong, où vous arriverez vers midi. Là, vous embarquerez pour une croisière dans l’incontournable baie d’Halong, à bord d’une jonque. Cette baie connue dans le monde entier constitue l’un des plus beaux paysages du Vietnam, avec ses rochers-îlots gigantesques recouverts de végétation qui semblent surgir de l’eau. La baie d’Halong comprend quelques 1 900 îles et îlots de pitons rocheux, en général inhabités et vierges. Cet ensemble crée un paysage marin spectaculaire, ce qui lui valut d’entrer au Patrimoine Mondial de l’UNESCO en 1994. Le déjeuner et le dîner seront pris sur la jonque : menu à base de fruits de mer fraîchement pêchés dans la baie. Pour finir la journée, une séance de pêche nocturne sera organisée sur le bateau.

Selon la saison, il est conseillé de ne pas se lever trop tard pour jouir du beau lever de soleil qui illumine progressivement la baie, en révélant ainsi toute la beauté sauvage. Puis la croisière continuera au cœur de la baie, jusqu’à votre débarquement en fin de matinée. Vous retournerez ensuite à Hanoi.

Día 1: Llegada a Hanoi

Cuando llegue al aeropuerto, su conductor le estará esperando y le llevará al famoso distrito de Hoan Kiem. Después de facturar, tendrá tiempo libre para pasear por el casco antiguo. Día 2: Hanoi

Le recomendamos que comience su recorrido a pie a las 09:00 horas. Seguirá el itinerario precargado y paseará por el casco antiguo, también apodado “36 calles”. Caminará y recorrerá los diferentes mercados, pagodas escondidas, pequeños callejones, así como edificios coloniales emblemáticos como la Catedral de San José y la Ópera de Hanoi. El itinerario también incluye un paseo junto al famoso lago Hoan Kiem y una parada sugerida para tomar un café para un merecido descanso.

Para almorzar, puede parar en uno de los varios restaurantes mencionados en la aplicación. Si quiere experimentar diferentes platos, puede viajar en taxi hasta el inicio del itinerario “Bun Cha, Caramen & Coffee”, donde encontrará 3 lugares totalmente diferentes situados uno al lado del otro. Un restaurante local que vende un asombroso Bun Cha (cerdo a la parrilla con fideos), un pequeño lugar donde comerás caramelo de crema en taburetes, y un tranquilo café-arte que promociona a diferentes artistas vietnamitas. Estos 3 lugares se encuentran en un radio de 200 metros y son muy fáciles de combinar.

Día 3: Hanoi – Ninh Binh

A las 08:30, saldrá lentamente del centro de Hanoi y se dirigirá al gran pueblo de Tam Coc en lo que se conoce como la “Bahía de Halong en tierra”. Cuando llegue a Tam Coc a última hora de la mañana, deje su equipaje en el hotel y su conductor le estará esperando. A continuación, le llevará a la tienda de bicicletas, donde se subirá a su bicicleta de montaña para iniciar su recorrido por Ninh Binh y descubrir la famosa “Bahía de Halong en tierra”

El itinerario de la excursión en bicicleta ya está cargado en la App, simplemente tendrá que coger una bicicleta en su alojamiento y seguir la pista. Por la mañana, viajará a Halong y llegará en torno al medio día. Aquí, se embarcará en un crucero por la obligada bahía de Halong. Esta bahía conocida en todo el mundo ofrece uno de los paisajes más bonitos de Vietnam, con sus gigantes isletas de roca cubiertas en frondosa vegetación que se superponen sobre las aguas. La bahía de Halong incluye cerca de 1.900 islas e isletas de picos rocosos, a menudo sin habitar ni visitar. Esta escena crea un paisaje marino espectacular, lo que hizo que fuera declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad de la UNESCO en 1994. Se le servirá el almuerzo y la cena a bordo, formado por un excelente marisco fresco pescado en la bahía. Giorno 2: Hanoi

Consigliamo di iniziare la giornata alle 9 con una passeggiata nella città vecchia. Seguirete un itinerario già caricato nell’applicazione per scoprire il vecchio quartiere, spesso indicato come il quartiere delle 36 strade. Passerete per diversi mercati, pagode nascoste, piccoli vicoli ma anche edifici coloniali iconici come la Cattedrale di San Giuseppe o il Teatro dell’Opera di Hanoi. Il percorso passerà anche lungo il famoso Lago delle Spade e dove ci sono consigliati alcuni dei migliori caffè se volete fare una pausa. Questa escursione è un buon modo per iniziare a scoprire e conoscere il Vietnam.

Per il pranzo potete andare in diversi ristoranti indicati sull’applicazione e situati nei dintorni. Se volete provare dei piatti tipici di Hanoi e un’esperienza diversa, potete prendere un taxi ed iniziare il nostro percorso culinario “Bun Cha, Caramel & Coffee”. Nel pomeriggio puoi visitare alcuni dei luoghi suggeriti nella applicazione, a seconda dei tuoi interessi, come l’imperdibile Tempio della Letteratura, la bellissima pagoda Tran Quoc vicino al Lago dell’Ovest o il meno conosciuto Museo delle Donne. Giorno 3: Hanoi – Ninh Binh

Alle 08:30, lascerete Hanoi per il grande villaggio di Tam Coc in quella che è conosciuta come la “Baia di Halong sulla terraferma”.

Quando arrivate a Tam Coc in tarda mattinata, lasciate i bagagli in hotel e il vostro autista vi aspetterà. Vi accompagnerà poi al negozio di biciclette dove salirete sulla vostra mountain bike per iniziare il vostro viaggio a Ninh Binh e scoprire la famosa Baia di Halong sulla terraferma”.

Un itinerario cicloturistico è già caricato nell’App, dovrete semplicemente prendere una bicicletta dal vostro hotel e seguire la traccia GPS. Percorrerete molti piccoli sentieri, visiterete le famose attrazioni della regione (come la Pagoda Bich Dong) e avrete l’opportunità di vedere i più bei paesaggi con montagne carsiche e risaie. Sono incluse anche alcune raccomandazioni per i migliori tour in barca a remi e potenziali visite extra.

Se volete estendere il tour in bicicletta ad altri punti di interesse (come il tempio Thai Vi o il famoso punto panoramico Hang Mua), potrete scegliere di farlo direttamente sull’app.

Al termine del tour, si finisce al negozio di biciclette, dove l’autista vi aspetterà per riportarvi in hotel.

Giorno 4: Ninh Binh – Halong

Partirete al mattino su strada in direzione di Halong, dove arriverete verso mezzogiorno. Lì, vi imbarcherete per una crociera nell’imperdibile baia di Halong, a bordo di una tipica giunca. Questa baia famosa in tutto il mondo è uno dei paesaggi più belli del Vietnam, con i suoi giganteschi isolotti rocciosi coperti di vegetazione che sembrano sorgere dall’acqua. Halong Bay comprende circa 1.900 isole e isolotti di picchi rocciosi, per lo più disabitati e incontaminati. Questo crea un paesaggio marino spettacolare, che ha portato alla sua inclusione nella lista del patrimonio mondiale dell’UNESCO nel 1994.

Pranzo e cena saranno consumati a bordo, con un menu a base di frutti di mare appena pescati nella baia. Per concludere la giornata, sarà organizzata una sessione di pesca notturna sulla barca.

Tag 1: Ankunft in Hanoi

Nach Ihrer Ankunft am Flughafen erwartet Sie Ihr Fahrer und bringt Sie in den berühmten Stadtteil Hoan Kiem. Nach dem Einchecken haben Sie Zeit für einen Bummel durch das alte Viertel. Am Abend empfehlen wir Ihnen dringend, die in Ihre Anwendung geladene Street Food Tour mitzumachen. Sie werden die Möglichkeit haben, durch die Stadt zu spazieren und einige der typischen Gerichte von Hanoi & Vietnam zu probieren, wie Banh Cuon (gefülltes Dampf-Reisblatt), Bun Bo Nam Bo (gebratene Rindfleischnudeln), Banh Mi (vietnamesisches Sandwich) und Bia Oi (Bierstation). Empfehlungen zu Mengenangaben (damit Sie mehrere Gerichte probieren können) werden ebenfalls erwähnt!

-Von Freitag 19:00 bis Sonntag 20:00 sind viele Straßen in der Altstadt nur Fußgängerzonen, so dass Sie eventuell die letzten paar hundert Meter mit Ihrem Gepäck laufen müssen, um Ihr Hotel zu erreichen.

Tag 2: Hanoi

Wir empfehlen Ihnen, Ihre Stadtrundfahrt um 09:00 Uhr zu beginnen. Sie folgen der vorbereiteten Reiseroute und wandern durch die Altstadt, die auch den Spitznamen “36 Straßen” trägt. Sie werden durch die verschiedenen Märkte, versteckte Pagoden, kleine Gassen sowie ikonische Kolonialgebäude wie die St. Joseph Kathedrale und das Hanoi Opernhaus spazieren und wandern. Der Rundgang beinhaltet auch einen Spaziergang am berühmten Hoan Kiem See und einen vorgeschlagenen Kaffeestopp für eine wohlverdiente Pause.

Zum Mittagessen können Sie in einem der zahlreichen Restaurants einkehren, die in der App erwähnt werden. Wenn Sie verschiedene Gerichte erleben möchten, können Sie mit dem Taxi zum Start der Route “Bun Cha, Caramen & Coffee” fahren, wo Sie 3 völlig unterschiedliche Orte finden, die nebeneinander liegen. Ein lokales Restaurant, das ein erstaunliches Bun Cha (gegrilltes Schweinefleisch mit Nudeln) anbietet, ein kleiner Ort, an dem Sie Karamellcreme essen, und ein friedlicher Kunst-Kaffee, der verschiedene vietnamesische Künstler fördert. Diese 3 Orte befinden sich in einem Umkreis von 200 Metern und sind sehr einfach zu kombinieren. 

Am Nachmittag können Sie je nach Interesse einige der in der Anwendung vorgeschlagenen Orte besuchen, wie z.B. den unbedingt sehenswerten Literaturtempel, die schöne Tran Quoc Pagode in der Nähe des Westsees oder das weniger bekannte Frauenmuseum. Sie können zwei der drei Orte am Nachmittag besuchen, wobei der Literaturtempel auf jeden Fall einer der drei Orte sein sollte.

Tag 3: Hanoi – Ninh Binh

Um 08:30 Uhr verlassen Sie langsam das Stadtzentrum von Hanoi und machen sich auf den Weg zum großen Dorf Tam Coc, das als die “Halong-Bucht an Land” bekannt ist. 

Nach Ihrer Ankunft in Tam Coc am späten Vormittag geben Sie Ihr Gepäck im Hotel ab, während Ihr Fahrer auf Sie wartet.
Dann bringt Sie Ihr Fahrer zum Fahrradgeschäft, wo Sie Ihr Mountainbike abholen. Beginnen Sie Ihre Radtour in Ninh Binh und entdecken Sie die berühmte “Halong-Bucht an Land”.

Eine Radtour-Route ist bereits in die App geladen, Sie müssen nur noch ein Fahrrad von Ihrer Unterkunft nehmen und der Strecke folgen. Sie fahren auf vielen kleinen Wegen, besuchen die berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region (wie die Bich Dong Pagode) und haben die Möglichkeit, die schönsten Landschaften mit Karstbergen und Reisfeldern zu sehen. Einige Empfehlungen für die besten Ruderboot-Touren sind ebenso enthalten wie mögliche zusätzliche Besuche.

Wenn Sie die Radtour zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten (wie dem Thai-Vi-Tempel oder dem berühmten Aussichtspunkt Hang Mua) verlängern möchten, können Sie dies direkt in der App auswählen. 

Nach Ihrem Fahrradabenteuer beenden Sie die Tour am Fahrradladen, um Ihr Fahrrad abzugeben. Ihr Fahrer erwartet Sie, um Sie zurück zu Ihrem Hotel zu fahren.

Tag 4: Ninh Binh – Halong

Morgens reisen Sie nach Halong und kommen um die Mittagszeit an. Schließlich gehen Sie an Bord eines Kreuzfahrtschiffes in der Halong-Bucht, die man unbedingt gesehen haben muss. Diese weltberühmte Bucht bietet mit ihren riesigen Felseninseln im Wasser, überdeckt mit üppiger Vegetation, eine der schönsten Landschaften Vietnams. Zur Halong-Bucht gehören rund 1.900 Inseln und Felsspitzen, meistens unbewohnt und unbesucht. Diese Szenerie offenbart eine spektakuläre, marine Landschaft, welche 1994 zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe erklärt wurde. An Bord werden Ihnen Mittag- und Abendessen mit exzellenten und frischen Meeresfrüchten aus der Bucht serviert. Am Ende des Tages haben Sie die Chance, am Nachtangeln auf dem Schiff teilzunehmen.

Tag 5: Halong – Hanoi

Früh am Morgen können Sie den atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgang über dem blaugrünen Wasser in der Bucht genießen. Genießen Sie noch einmal die weiten Ausblicke auf diesen Schatz der Natur, bevor Sie das Schiff am späten Vormittag verlassen. Anschließend werden Sie nach Hanoi zurückkehren.
