LAOS – Si Phan Don – Mekong River Life Excursion

LOCATION: Si Phan Don, Laos

This half-day excursion is an invitation from local villagers to come and experience their rich and unique culture. The tour starts with a 40-minute trip in a local boat through the 4,000 islands to Don Loppadi to discover village life through the lens of Buddhism, meet villagers showcasing how they weave fishing nets, rice baskets, and cook sticky rice. Then, travelers continue by boat to another island in the company of a fisherman, who show travelers how to throw a traditional fishing net and return to Don Det pier.
