JOB DESCRIPTION

Cambodia Marketing Department:

• Creation of content on our destination Cambodia to feed our social networks, in close collaboration with our Marketing Managers
• Updating our destination page about Cambodia on our website
• Support our production team with new product launches (internally & externally)
• Support the M&B Managers and Assistant M&B Manager of Marketing and Branding to create and adapt offline and online marketing tools to support product launches, training and other means with destination-specific information
• Participate in local inspections in coordination with the teams in each destination
• Provide ideas and solutions for destination-specific gifts and giveaways for SDMs and tradeshows
• Provide collateral support for the goal with business card templates and printing
• Support the Videographer with assignments (planning, preparation and accompanying filming if required) when possible (with Video Intern if applicable)
• Provide support for FAM trips in destination (pre-trip and post-trip collateral)
• Support other regional initiatives where required
• Offer essential agent hub, media library and website training to support the local team.
• Encourage local departments to provide destination-specific updates on Workplace.
• Work on project timelines with the M&B Managers, Content Editor, Videographer and Graphic Designer team.
• Manage the destination’s video/photography equipment, taking responsibility for cataloguing the use by any/all departments and staff

Incentive Marketing Department – Assist M&B Manager Easia Incentive with:

• Social Media Strategy Implementation
• Bi-monthly newsletters
• Support our Incentive sales team with prospection tools and proposals when required
• Maintain the values of Easia Incentive across all fields
• Guarantee the consistency of all internal & external materials developed
• Coordinate project timelines with M&B Manager Easia Active & Exclusive, Assistant M&B Manager (Easia Travel), Digital Marketing Team Leader, Content Editor Senior/Executive, Videographer and Graphic Designer, Senior/Executive
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum internship length: 4 months
• Excellent writing & speaking skills in English
• Expertise in marketing and communications
• Out-of-the-box thinker who contributes ideas and solutions
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Good communication skills
• Good computer skills (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Graphic Design skills are a plus (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
• A Second language is a plus (French, German, Spanish, etc.)
• Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
• Characteristics: pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active, and decisive
