Bringing your incentive groups to the stunning Cambodian coastline and its islands is soon to become a whole lot easier! As from 10 January, 2020, Bangkok Airways will operate a new route from Bangkok to Sihanoukville. Flights will operate daily using an ATR aircraft, departing from Bangkok at 11:55 and arriving in Sihanoukville at 13:40, and departing again at 14:15 to arrive in Bangkok at 15:55.
The Sihanoukville airport is ideally located on the tip of a picturesque peninsula in the Gulf of Thailand. From here it is easy to access the lesser-visited, pristine islands just off Cambodia’s coastline. Smaller islands like Koh Krabey and Koh Russey make for private, luxurious getaways with incredible beaches, crystal clear waters and high-end facilities in the Six Senses Krabey Island and eco-friendly Alila Villas Koh Russey.
The larger and biodiversity-rich Koh Rong Island boasts the glamorous Royal Sands Resort, which sits right on a secluded beach overlooking calm aquamarine waters. The resort offers 67 private villas, an outdoor yoga sala, a revitalizing spa that offers traditional and contemporary treatments, a gym, delectable fine dining, and more.
Cambodia’s quiet, tropical coastline makes for impressively rewarding, relaxing and re-energizing incentive experiences. Trips here can be tailored as extensions of cultural explorations of Cambodia’s fascinating temple sites, languorous cruises on the Tonle Sap, and fun jungle explorations, among many other options. Cambodia has a little bit of everything for a diverse range of incentive groups, and getting here has now become more accessible and comfortable than ever.
