The morning will be free to rest or for your personal discovery of the city. Meet your guide in early afternoon and depart to explore the hidden alleys where family owned restaurant and street stalls have existed for decades and are usually not found in guidebooks. You will queue with the locals who dine there every day to try their signature dishes, which are difficult to find elsewhere.

You will also learn the difference between Buddhist and Chinese temples and learn about old customs which are still preserved in a local neighborhood of Yaowarat – Bangkok’s Dragon Belly. Then, you will finish your tour in a quite hidden place with a magnificent view on Chao Phraya River.

You will meet your driver in the hotel lobby to travel to Bangkok Airport for your departure flight to Chiang Mai. Meet your guide and driver in the afternoon to visit Chiang Mai’s most spiritually significant sites by tuk tuk, then you will take a ride up the centuries old Doi Suthep, one of the highest hills and within easy reach of Chiang Mai.
