After spending time walking around Sword Lake – a symbol of Hanoi, you will have time to enjoy a massage at a local spa nearby.

This day will begin with an introduction to tai chi at the Hoan Kiem Lake or a park. After the tai chi lesson, you will have breakfast in a Vietnamese restaurant and the opportunity to enjoy pho -the famous noodle soup, followed by a coffee break in a local cafe. You will then begin your full day discovery of the capital with Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Later on, you will visit the Ethnology Museum. In the afternoon, you will visit the Temple of Literature (Van Mieu in Vietnamese). Then, continue your way to the Old Quarter and the surroundings of the Sword Lake.In the evening, you will enjoy a traditional water puppet show. This typical and enchanting art form often portrays scenes of everyday life and legends to a backdrop of traditional music.

Note: Every year, the Mausoleum will be closed between mid-September and mid-December for regular restoration and preservation of the presidential remains.

In the morning, you will travel to Tuan Chau Marina pier and enjoy a welcome drink while checking-in for your cruise. After enjoying lunch on board, there will be time to relax and take-in the beauty of Halong Bay.

You will have many options to enable you to discover this Natural World Heritage Site: Visiting Sung Sot Cave or Kayaking near Luon Cave area or just simply staying on the cruise boat to relax with afternoon tea or a spa treatment. Happy hour drinks will be served at the bar for sunset, followed by a Vietnamese cooking demonstration on the sundeck.

If you’re an early riser, take part in an early morning Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck, then you can choose either a visit to Ti Top Island or just spend time relaxing on the boat. Then, breakfast will be served while cruising around Halong Bay. Afterwards, you will check out of your cabin and sail back to Tuan Chau Marina, where you will disembark and continue your trip to Yen Tu, a pilgrimage area.

In the morning, join a yoga class from the hotel and enjoy the facilities of the hotel or as a pilgrim, take the cable car and hike to the summit of the Yen Tu Mountain and have a personal meditation over the clouds. In the afternoon you will travel to Hanoi and embark on your flight for Danang. Upon arrival you will travel to Hoi An.

In the morning, you will travel from your hotel in a Jeep to the pier where you will embark and start your cruise on the picturesque Thu Bon River. Then, you will enjoy a very healthy lunch designed to promote health, well-being, and detoxification. After your light meal, you will have time to relax and enjoy everything the river has to offer on your return journey to Hoi An. After the cruise, you will visit Hoi An, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site for its well-preserved ancient streets and houses.

This morning, you will travel by boat on the Thu Bon river and arrive at the Kim Bong village (or the “carpenter’s village”) where you will have the opportunity to learn about the local traditions and techniques from one of the village’s carpenters at his workshop. Then, take a bicycle ride to visit Duy Vinh village, famous for its sedge mats weaving and certainly the most beautiful village in the neighborhood. Upon arrival, you will have the chance to meet a local family and watch the techniques used to weave the sedge mats. You will then continue your exploration by visiting a part of the village where most of the people do fishing for a living. After this visit, you will take a 1-hour boat trip on Thu Bon river before heading to another local family’s house to enjoy a local lunch.

In the morning you will travel to the airport and embark on a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. As you embark on the tour in the afternoon, very soon you will notice that the architecture in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City is still representative of the colonial era and Chinese influence : the central post office, whose metal structure was designed by Gustave Eiffel; Notre-Dame Cathedral, constructed from red bricks and resembling Notre-Dame in Paris; the Reunification Palace and Dong Khoi Street.

Transfer to the airport for your international departure.
