Thailand E-Visa Now Available Globally: Simplify Your Travel Today

As of January 1, 2025, traveling to Thailand became even more convenient with the global launch of the Thailand E-Visa system. Accessible through www.thaievisa.go.th, this platform enables tourists and expats to apply for visas online, eliminating the need for in-person visits to embassies or consulates.

No Changes for Visa-Exempt Travelers

Travelers from countries with visa exemption agreements will continue to enjoy visa-free entry as usual, with no changes to the current rules. These travelers can enter Thailand without a visa for up to 60 days.

However, travelers from countries not included in the visa exemption list must obtain a visa before arrival. For countries not listed under the visa exemption agreements above, it is recommended to consult the official website of the Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate in the respective country.

Please note that visa policies are subject to change, so it is always advisable to verify the current requirements before planning a trip.
