Easia receives the Safety and Health Certification (SHA) from the Tourism Authority of Thailand

We are proud to announce that after receiving the World Travel & Tourism Council’s new Safe Travels stamp, our parent company Easia Travel Thailand has now also received the “SHA” certificate from the Tourism Authority of Thailand!

The “Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration” or “SHA” certification is aimed at elevating the country’s tourism industry standards and developing confidence among international and domestic tourists.

The “Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration” (SHA) project provides specific standards for sanitation and safety for various segments of the tourism industry and is a result of cooperation between Thailand’s Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the Ministry of Public Health, the Department of Disease Control, the Department of Health and the Department of Health Service Support, as well as government and private sector organizations.

Together they aim to ensure that both Thai and foreign tourists have a safe and positive experience in the Kingdom, and that they are happy and confident in the sanitation and safety standards of Thailand’s tourism products and services.
