JOB DESCRIPTION

EASIA TRAVEL CAMBODIA CO., LTD is an Indochina-wide operating travel agency with 14 offices in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar, and Thailand, working on a B2B basis exclusively. Due to our high-quality service, the company is continuously growing and in demand of qualified employees.
Currently, we are searching for an OPERATION EXECUTIVE based in Siem Reap Head Office.

Compile and recheck all information received.

• Recheck the new programs carefully and inform the Sales Department or Reservation staff in case of any problems.
• Ensure that all the needs of the clients are met

Conduct the operating program.

• Build a tour program and prepare tour guide materials: recheck all the services, add notes for the guide with special remarks concerning the traveler’s profile (s), and prepare welcome gifts, sightseeing tickets, tourist registration forms, etc.

Deliver profiles over to tour guides.

• Brief programs carefully to the tour guide.

Monitor, supervise, and solve problems arising during the tour

• Pre-check services to make sure all services are reserved before the client’s arrival
• Monitor, supervise, and update information and the situation of tourists through the tour guide
• Solve any potential problems occurring while clients are on the spot

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Language:

• Khmer + Excellent English
• A third language would be a plus (French, Italian or German)

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Able to handle multi-tasks
• Attention to details
• Flexible and hard working
• Able and willing to work in a team
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, like to travel around the country.
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
• Creative and customer service minded
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a similar position, at least two years
• Knowledge of Cambodia as a tourist destination
