JOB DESCRIPTION

EASIA TRAVEL CAMBODIA CO., LTD is an Indochina-wide operating travel agency with 14 offices in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar, and Thailand, working on a B2B basis exclusively. Due to our high-quality service, the company is continuously growing and demanding qualified employees.
Currently, we are searching for a Reservation Executive based in Siem Reap Head Office.

• Handle hotel/restaurant bookings from Sales Team.
• Dealing with suppliers for fast confirmation and ensuring booking follow up
• Negotiate on a case-by-case basis with suppliers for special requests
• Dealing with the trouble that may happen on tour, implementing
• Advise sales about suitable alternative suppliers
• Inspect suppliers and meet Key Representatives when needed, to develop local Easia networks.
• Report to Management
• Report to accounting (payment plan + booking report)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in a travel agency, at least two years
• Able to handle multi-tasks
• Attention to details
• Flexible and hard working
• Able and willing to work in a team
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, like to travel around the country.
• Willing to learn and get experience in the job training
• Creative and customer service minded
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Cambodia as a tourist destination and of the hotel industry
