JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design itineraries for TO/TA, make proposals/quotations and follow up on bookings via our system
• Understand client’s profiles and adapt each offer to their expectations
• Respect sales procedure & requested deadlines
• Work closely with Reservation & Operation to make sure all services are booked correctly.
• Understand the competition and react accordingly
• Promote Cambodia destination to respective markets & clients
• Support Sales Team Leader for prospective clients and yearly production
• Inspect regularly new products on the spot for a better expertise
• The client’s payment follows up

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Language: Khmer + English + Excellent French
Skills:

•  Able to handle multi-tasks
• Attention to details
• Flexible and hard working
• Able and willing to work in a team
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, like to travel around the country
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
• Creative and customer service minded
• Able to use Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in the travel agency in a similar position, at least two years
• A deep knowledge of Cambodia as a tourist destination
