Offering a variety of different overnight itineraries, the Mekong Sun provides all the comfort necessary to explore the main waterways of northern Laos. Navigating the Mekong between Vientiane and the Golden Triangle since 2006, this 40 meter, 14 cabin vessel is equipped with several different cabin styles and a variety of amenities and safety features. A pleasurable stay on-board is more or less guaranteed.

  • Overnight on board.
  • Meeting point at Ferry pier area – The pier can sometimes be changed due to the water level.
  • Cruise Mekong does NOT provide 2-day cruises between LPQ–PKB–HOE.
  • They provide 17 staff members, including the board manager.
  • Pick-up and drop-off from airport, hotel, or land border (Golden Triangle) is taken care by the supplier and is included in the contract rate.
  • Bed sizes are as follows: In the economy and classic cabins (2 x 0,8 m DBL or TWN setup). In the Superior cabins (Cabin No 1+2: 2 x 0,8 m TWN or DBL setup; Cabin No 3: 1 x 1,6m DBL setup)
