Hidden in the heart of green lush gardens, only 10 minutes walk from the Old Market and 10 minutes drive from Angkor Wat, Angkor Village Hotel is a peaceful place with a beautiful Khmer architecture. Opened in 1994, it draws its inspiration from the traditional village setting of Buddhist monks.

The spacious rooms, which have a cozy wooden interior, are equipped with a safe and tea / coffee. Each has a private bathroom with rain shower. They overlook a pond with lotuses, the garden and the swimming-pool area. There are no TV’s in the rooms as the hotel focuses on providing a traditional setting for the guests (available on request) and thus enables them to take a break from the stresses of daily life.

Guests can enjoy a foot massage by the pool, spend time in the library or participate at one of the cultural events held at the Apsara Theatre which is located just in front of the hotel across the street. L’Auberge des Temples offers Khmer, Laotian, Thai and Vietnamese dishes. Room service is also available.

All of the Garden View rooms are located downstairs and are designed in a classic Khmer Style with traditional furniture and local art crafts. Each room has floor to ceiling windows, air conditioning, IDD telephone, safety deposit box, tea and coffee set up, mini bar, hair dryer, shower in the bathroom.
The rooms don’t have TV.

The Suite rooms are divided into 4 parts – the outside private terrace overlooking the lotus pounds and gardens (20 sqm), the living room (40 sqm), the bedroom (20 sqm) and the bathroom (20 sqm). Air conditioning and WiFi are accessible throughout the suite. The living room and bedroom have wooden floors, traditional furniture and local art & craft. The living room features a flat screen TV, IDD, DVD and CD player, mini bar, espresso machine, complimentary tea and coffee facilities, safety deposit box and a library with books about Cambodia as well as sofas and dining table. The bedroom has a king size bed and a small wooden desk. The bathroom is equipped with a separate shower, a Jacuzzi, separate toilet, two sinks and a hairdryer.

Apsara Theatre

Opening hours: 7:30 – 9:30 pm (dinner)

The Apsara Theatre is open only in the evening and offers a dinner with a traditional Apsara show. This theater also welcomes guests from outside.

Note
Very charming theater but sometimes we receive some complaints about the food (not too tasty and too simple).
However, it is the only small restaurant with a very good Apsara show.

During Low Season (16 April – 15 October) show will be only on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

L’Auberge Des Temples
Capacities: 70 pax
Opening hours: 6:00 – 10:00 am (breakfast) 11:30 am- 2:30 pm (lunch) 6:30 – 10:00 pm (dinner)

L’Auberge des Temples offers only Khmer food and is the main restaurant of the hotel where breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. Situated in the middle of a lotus pond, it’s a quiet and relaxing place.

Lounge Bar
Capacities: 30 pax
Opening hours: 6:30 am – 11 pm

Enjoy a large range of drinks & cocktails in a cozy ambiance. An ideal place to relax in an open-air setting after a tiring day at the temples.
