Pros

• Award-Winning 5-Star Boutique Resort.
• Hotel staffs are good trained in comparison with another Hotels in Phu Quoc
• Centrally located.
• 1500sqm Spa & Wellness Sanctuary with own organic garden (There was some good feedback about new renovated Laveranda’s spa from our clients in the end of year 2019).
• 3 Premiere F&B outlets offering fine dining, casual dining and a bar – French, Vietnamese & Western Cuisine.
• Botanic garden with hundred kinds of floral.

Cons

• The total of rooms is 73 rooms but shared in 8 different room types. It cannot adapt to GIT booking. The Hotel always requires a non-refund deposit at the time of booking confirmation or a long time before arrival.
• Deluxe Garden View Rooms are located near the small street so they might be noisy sometimes. We should recommend Premier Garden or if clients have a good budget, please recommend Premier Ocean.
• Garden Suite is a newly introduced room category. Due to its location close to Ocsen Bar (the bar adjacent to the resort). Garden Suite is not ideal for guests who are sensitive to noise. If guests specifically request this room type, clear advance warning regarding its location and potential noise disturbance is required.
