• The hotel’s ballroom accommodate up to1,500 guests, with a spacious foyer.

-> Vinpearl Landmark 81 is suitable for both travellers and business clients who like to experience staying at the tallest hotel in Ho Chi Minh city and expect to access to shopping mall, restaurants, cinema, kid play center in a minute. However, Marriott group does not issue static contract rate for DMC. The rate for FIT also ad-hoc group or MICE group have to check case by case.

Cons

• Located in a complex building, this building includes hotel rooms and other venues of the hotel, also many other entertainment functions such as: restaurants, coffee shops, sky bar, kid play center,… which are not under hotel’s management. The hotel guests must share elevators of the building with visitors in public areas as building lobby on the ground floor. When clients stay at the hotel, they must take public elevators to the hotel lobby on 48th floor then they must change another internal hotel elevator to their room and other hotel venues. It will be a bit complicated and take time for waiting when we do logistic of leisure groups and MICE groups.
• Hotel location is not in city center. It’s situated in Binh Thanh District, about 4km ( 10 minutes by car ) away from city center.
