In the morning, your guide will meet you at your hotel and give you a short briefing. The tour will start by cycling to the Imperial Citadel. Following a tour of the Citadel, start pedaling towards Phu Mong Village, a former Mandarin’s village distinguished by its beautiful architecture. Then, continue the ride under the cool shade of the trees towards an ancient garden house called Xuan Vien Tieu Cung. Here, you will be welcomed by a local family and share a cup of green tea and fresh fruits from their garden. After saying farewell to your hosts, your journey will take you to the towering Thien Mu Pagoda. After a one-hour visit, cross the river on a local ferry before cycling towards Thuy Bieu Village, where you can admire Hue’s absolutely superb landscapes, from the rice fields to the fruit trees, and vegetable gardens. Upon arriving at a very nice local house, enjoy a well-deserved lunch and a relaxing foot bath before heading out again.
In the afternoon, the seductive scenes of the marvelous Perfume River will be sure to enchant you as you easily cruise along its banks. After the descent, you will make your way to a craft village, where you will learn more about making incense and traditional hats until it’s time to pedal onwards to Tu Duc tomb.
After visiting the tomb, continue on to a local lagoon to enjoy a tour of an authentic fishing village, where you can see the fishing farm and enjoy the sunset at a local restaurant. At the end of the day, you’ll be taken back to your hotel.

In the morning, you will head to the largest lagoon in Southeast Asia, Tam Giang Lagoon. Located 25 kilometers from Hue, Tam Giang has a pristine and serene beauty that has always attracted visitors to its waters. Along your way, you will also stop at an amazing cemetery and be able to appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the Vietnamese countryside, near a beach where white sand and turquoise waters await you. Following this refreshing break, return to Tam Giang Lagoon and head to a village to meet a local family, before exploring the village itself. Next, after embarking on a boat ride, you can participate in a small net fishing session with the locals and learn a bit about this novel fishing technique.
Finally, you will stop for a lunch of the region’s specialties, served in a local house. At the end of the ride, return to Hue by private vehicle and enjoy some free time to relax or set out and explore the ancient capital of Vietnam.

Today, you will set out cycling directly from the hotel along the village road from Ngoc Anh to the village of Vinh Ve, where the Chuon Lagoon region of the famous Tam Giang Lagoon is located. The old village draws visitors in with its beautiful, traditional architecture and the old pavilions’ sophisticated patterns and lovely carvings of dragons. In addition, make a stop at the rice museum to gain a deeper understanding of the locals’ way of life.
After the museum, rural paths and the river will lead you through golden paddy fields, which stretch out to the Chuon Lagoon. Take a nice break at a local house, before embarking on a short cruise on a local ferry. Disembark, and head to Tu Hien Beach for lunch by creeping through village paths and narrow roads. After lunch, you will continue cycling another 15 kilometers before reaching the backup van; you can ride back in the van or continue cycling back to your hotel.

You’ll start the day with a quick van ride or a brief bicycle ride to Lap An Lagoon. Cycling around Lap An Lagoon will be an intense experience as you start truly pedaling hard through the Hai Van Pass. This pass was praised by BBC’s Top Gear as the most beautiful coastal mountain road in the world, and justifiably so! Starting your ascent along zigzagging paths that offer stunning views of jungles, waterfalls, and beaches, you will eventually reach the summit of the Hai Van Pass. Take a well-earned break at the small coffee shop on the top of the hill and enjoy the magnificent views. Then, you’ll have the choice to keep cycling to Hoi An or to take the support van at any time once you start riding down the Hai Van Pass to Hoi An.

Vous commencerez votre circuit à vélo depuis l’hôtel pour rejoindre les chemins ruraux depuis Ngoc Anh jusqu’au village de Vinh Ve pour rejoindre le lagon de Chuon appartenant au grand lagon de Tam Giang. Les villages sont réputés pour leur architecture traditionnelle, leurs vieux pavillons et les temples décorés de dragons sculptés.
En route vous visiterez un musée sur la culture du riz afin de comprendre l’importance du riz dans la culture vietnamienne. Puis les chemins vous conduiront à travers les champs de riz qui s’étendent sur la lagune de Chuon. Votre parcours autour du lagon Lap An sera un moment intense avant de commencer l’ascension du col de Hai Van. Vous verrez peut-être les pêcheurs recueillir leurs huîtres ou vider les filets de pêche de la nuit passée. Vous roulerez sur un terrain assez facile avec des vues imprenables, des jungles, des cascades et des plages jusqu’au sommet du col Hai Van – 496 mètres. Le Hai Van Pass a été déclaré par Top Gear de la BBC comme la plus belle route de montagne côtière dans le monde. C’est ici que vous profiterez de la vue à couper le souffle (selon les conditions climatiques), puis d’une halte pour vous reposer dans un petit café au sommet de la colline.

Vous commencerez votre parcours à vélo depuis votre hôtel pour rejoindre la vieille ville de Hoi An, où les voitures ne peuvent accéder. Vous vous engagerez dans des chemins étroits pour découvrir la vie locale autour de Hoi An, puis continuerez vers un village entouré de palmiers où vous ferez une pause dans une maison locale pour tester quelques mets de la région : poissons grillés et feuilles de riz et échange avec vos hôtes. Ensuite vous traverserez un pont pour rejoindre l’autre rive de la rivière Thu Bon, vous vous arrêterez dans le village de Dong Binh, réputé pour ces tapis et profiterez de la campagne de Hoi An . De là vous continuerez vers le village de charpentier pour admirer l’art de la sculpture sur bois des artisans, puis embarquerez à bord d’un ferry local pour rejoindre Hoi An. Vous pédalerez vers le village de Tra Que, connu pour ces plantations de légumes, et profiterez d’un massage des pieds et d’un déjeuner dans une maison du village.
L’après-midi vous retournerez à Hoi An soit par transfert ou à vélo ( maximum 5 kilomètres) selon l’emplacement de votre hôtel.
En fin d’après-midi, après une pause à l’hôtel vous visiterez la ville de Hoi An au coucher du soleil.

Am Morgen treffen Sie sich mit Ihrem Reiseleiter am Hotel und er gibt Ihnen eine kurze Einführung. Die Reise beginnt damit, dass Sie mit dem Fahrrad zur kaiserlichen Zitadelle fahren. Nach einer Besichtigung der Zitadelle radeln Sie in Richtung der Gemeinde PhuMong, eine ehemalige Mandarin-Gemeinde, die sich durch ihre schöne Architektur abhebt. Anschließend setzen Sie die Radtour im kalten Schatten der Bäume fort und fahren zu einem alten Gartenhaus namens Xuan Vien Tieu Cung. Dort werden Sie von einer heimischen Familie willkommen geheißen und trinken gemeinsam eine Tasse grünen Tee und essen frisches Obst aus deren Garten. Nachdem Sie sich wieder von Ihren Gastgebern verabschiedet haben, führt Sie die Reise weiter zur alles überragenden Thien-Mu-Pagode. Nach einer einstündigen Besichtigung dieser überqueren Sie auf einer lokalen Fähre den Fluss und radeln dann zur Gemeinde Thuy Bien. Dort können Sie Hues absolut wundervolle Landschaft bewundern, von den Reisfeldern bis hin zu den Obstbäumen und Gemüsegärten. Sobald Sie ein sehr schönes Haus erreicht haben, können Sie Ihr wohlverdientes Mittagessen genießen und ein entspannendes Fußbad nehmen, bevor die Tour weitergeht.
Am Nachmittag werden Sie von den verführerischen Szenen des herrlichen Parfümflusses verzaubert, wenn Sie gemächlich an dessen Ufer entlang radeln. Nach einem Abstieg machen Sie sich auf zu einem Handwerkerdorf, in welchem Sie mehr über die Herstellung von Weihrauch und traditionellen Hüten lernen, bis es schließlich an der Zeit ist, weiter zum Tu-Duc-Grabmal zu radeln.
Nach dem Besuch des Grabmals geht es dann zu einer Lagune, um ein authentisches Fischerdorf zu erkunden. Dort können Sie die Fischzucht erleben und den Sonnenuntergang in einem Restaurant genießen. Am Ende des Tages werden Sie zurück zu Ihrem Hotel gebracht.

Diese befindet sich 25 Kilometer von Hue entfernt und die Lagune Tam Giang zeichnet sich durch eine unberührte und ruhige Schönheit aus, die seit jeher Besucher anzieht. Unterwegs werden Sie auch an einem erstaunlichen Friedhof halten und können die friedliche Atmosphäre der vietnamesischen Landschaft in der Nähe eines Strandes bewundern, an dem weißer Sand und türkisfarbenes Wasser Sie bereits erwarten. Nach dieser erfrischenden Pause kehren Sie zur Tam-Giang-Lagune zurück und machen sich zu einem Dorf auf, um dort eine heimische Familie zu treffen, bevor Sie das Dorf an sich erkunden. Nach einer Bootsfahrt im Anschluss können Sie ein wenig am Netzfischen mit Einheimischen teilnehmen und etwas mehr über diese neuartige Angeltechnik lernen.

Das alte Dorf lockt Besucher mit seiner schönen, traditionellen Architektur und den raffinierten Mustern der alten Pavillons und den liebevollen Drachen-Schnitzereien.
