A cultural tour of a charming local temple followed by a chance to learn and practice Buddhist meditation with an ex-novice or monk.
Discover the foundations of history and beliefs of Theravada Buddhism to better understand the culture, the religious architecture and the uses of different parts of the temple, as well as to provide an insight into the daily routines of the novices and monks who inhabit these sacred spaces.
Afterwards, in the Guided Meditation activity, there will be the possibility of entering the temple to learn about the different types of meditation and the correct way to practice them.
